I Am Stumped

I was zooming along, words flowing from my fingertips, the page filling up fast, and then it hit me. That dreadful writer’s block that you hear about. It has yet to leave me, or even ease up a bit. I have been stumped for a while now, somewhere in the general area of two months, which is, I believe in writer’s time, to be in the general area of years. Read a lot about how to unblock the writer block, but to no avail.

Check out this Etsy item!

Hey, I found this really awesome downloadable picture on Etsy… and cheap. I am thinking that it might be a good cover for a poetry book…

Lust

Lust

Here, stands you, stands me

Face to me, back to wall

I call, you call

A hushed holler above the crowed

It’s noisy, way to loud

You move, I move, making us move

I step, you leap, in the middle we should meet

You step, I jump, near a death defying lunge

You stop, I cringe, this something did rot

A quick death, dying fast

A false love, should it never last

Comes to quickly and does leave

Has it not come to pass?

February 28th !

Last Haiku

It’s the last day of the month of February, and I am sad to see it go so quickly. So, today is the last haiku of February’s poetry. Kiss the month good-bye. However, with March comes blossoms, excitement building.

If you missed it, here it is:

Last Haiku

Sad to see it go

Today is the last haiku

Kiss the month good-bye.

Last Haiku (2)

Last day of the month

February’s poetry

Excitement building

February 25th!

Only three more days of haiku poetry, as the month of February leaves us and March sneaks in.

Forgive

Saddened by and by

Forgiving you for always

Today, tomorrow

Feb 23rd

Only 5 more days of haiku poetry.

Over Joyed

Tears of joy for you

Flowing endlessly always

Brim and rim flooding
